We provide a real-time PCR service to researchers through the use of the QuantStudio™ 5 system. Both gene expression analyses and SNP genotyping can be performed at the platform, making this an indispensable tool for research. We are able to accommodate both small to medium-scale experiments as the QuantStudio™ 5 is a 384-well platform that allows for multiplexing of up to six targets. To date, researchers have used the platform for analysing gene expression during wood development, disease resistance interactions and pathogenicity genes of pests.
